Zusammenfassung

Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) is seeking a Production Activity Controller to join our on-site teams supporting Airbus projects in Germany. You will work from Bremen and other German sites, handling production progress, material availability, and WO management to ensure a smooth manufacturing workflow.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, and relevant experience in finance or controlling, with English B1/B2 and German B2/C1 proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related field.
• Experience in Finance and/or Controlling.
• English B1/B2 and German B2/C1 required.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and analyze reports on production progress, as well as the availability of parts and materials.
• Manage and prioritize Work Orders (WO) from release through completion, while monitoring order inflow.
• Coordinate material and component flows, including the management of missing parts and ensuring part availability.
• Monitor and resolve logistics deviations such as non-conformities, over-deliveries, material losses, and booking errors.
• Manage open logistics processes and work closely with various departments to ensure a smooth production workflow.

What We're Looking For
