Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) is seeking an HR Advisor to join on-site teams in Hamburg, supporting Airbus projects. Relocation assistance, accommodation support, German language training, and permanent German contracts are provided.

Role covers strategic HR support, recruitment, employee relations, change management, job evaluation, HR projects, employment law guidance, and HR reporting in a multicultural environment. English B2/C1 and German B1/B2 required; EU citizenship is necessary.

• Hands-on experience in HR management and employee relations.
• English level B2/C1 mandatory; German level B1/B2 mandatory.
• EU citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Strategic HR support for planning, recruitment and talent development.
• Manage employee relations and conduct interviews.
• Support organizational change and implement personnel measures.
• Oversee job evaluations and coordinate with works council.
• Participate in HR process improvement projects.

What you will do

• Strategic HR Support: asesoramiento a managers en planificación de personal, reclutamiento y desarrollo del talento.

• Employee Relations: realización de entrevistas y seguimiento de empleados.

• Change Management: apoyo a cambios organizativos e implementación de medidas de personal.

• Job Evaluation: gestión de valoraciones de puestos y coordinación con el comité de empresa.

• HR Projects: participación en proyectos de mejora de procesos HR.

• Employment Law: asesoramiento en legislación laboral y protección de datos.

• HR Reporting: elaboración de KPIs de RRHH y recomendaciones para dirección.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Relevant hands‑on experience in HR management and employee relations

• B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.

• B1/B2 German Level – mandatory.

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
