Job summary

Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) is leading in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport. We seek Programme Managers to join on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Industrial Engineering / Engineering Management, Business Administration, International Management, Economics or related field.
• Fluent / negotiation‑level English and German – mandatory.
• Knowledge of Airbus environment and business is highly valued.
• Knowledge of Change Management, Risk Management and Process Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate programme planning activities within the Single Aisle department.
• Monitor and manage key programme milestones.
• Support cost management and financial follow‑up activities.
• Develop, maintain and monitor Risk Management plans.
• Prepare programme reviews, reports and management presentations.
• Support activities focused on customer value and programme performance.
• Manage the programme baseline and its evolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate communication between multifunctional teams, including Engineering and other departments.
• Support change management and continuous process improvement activities.
• Manage and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
