Job summary

Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) is seeking an HR Advisor or recent graduates to join our on-site teams in Hamburg, Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus.

Based in Bremen, Germany, you will deliver strategic HR support, manage employee relations, assist with change management and job evaluation, and help build a multicultural, inclusive workforce through language training and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Hands-on HR management and employee relations experience.
• English level B2/C1 mandatory.
• German level B1/B2 mandatory.
• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR support including planning of personnel, recruitment and talent development.
• Employee relations: conduct interviews and monitor staff.
• Change management: support organisational changes and staffing measures.
• Job evaluation: manage role valuations and coordinate with the works council.
• HR projects: participate in HR process improvement projects.
• Employment law: advise on labour law and data protection.
• HR reporting: prepare HR KPIs and present to management.

What You Will Do

• Strategic HR Support: asesoramiento a managers en planificación de personal, reclutamiento y desarrollo del talento.
• Employee Relations: realización de entrevistas y seguimiento de empleados.
• Change Management: apoyo a cambios organizativos e implementación de medidas de personal.
• Job Evaluation: gestión de valoraciones de puestos y coordinación con el comité de empresa.
• HR Projects: participación en proyectos de mejora de procesos HR.
• Employment Law: asesoramiento en legislación laboral y protección de datos.
• HR Reporting: elaboración de KPIs de RRHH y recomendaciones para dirección.
