25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin is seeking an enthusiastic Reservation Agent to join the friendly front-office team. You will handle incoming calls and emails, manage restaurant reservations, and provide support for receptionists while delivering warm, professional service to guests.

You speak fluent English and German, you are a doer who stays calm under pressure, and you enjoy sharing Berlin tips with guests.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English and German are required.
• Ability to inspire colleagues and guests; knowledge of Berlin scene is a plus.
• You are a doer and honest when you have done something wrong.
• Strong communication even in tricky situations.

Aufgaben

• Answer all incoming calls and process emails, forwarding as needed.
• Process and manage restaurant reservations (NENI & Front Office).
• Provide various administrative tasks to support receptionists.
• Process Tripadvisor comments.
• Maintain overview when multiple calls come in simultaneously.

Job Description

How does your working day look like...

• You will answer all incoming calls and forward them if necessary, you will also process e-mails.
• You process and manage the restaurant NENI & Front Office reservations
• You will perform various administrative tasks as a support for the receptionists
• You will process the Tripadvisor comments
• You always have the overview, even when everyone is calling at the same time and the wires are glowing
