Zusammenfassung

a&o Hotels and Hostels Holding AG in Hamburg sucht eine/n Rezeptionist/in (alle Geschlechter) in Vollzeit, der/die das Front Office leitet. Sie kümmern sich um Check-in und Check-out, unterstützen Gäste mit Informationen und sorgen dafür, dass sich Gäste wie zu Hause fühlen.

Sie arbeiten im Schichtbetrieb, bewirten an der Bar Getränke und Snacks, übernehmen Verantwortung als Schichtführer und profitieren von Mitarbeiterrabatten, Weiterbildungsförderungen und Gesundheitsangeboten.

Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung oder Ausbildung in der Hotel- bzw. Tourismusbranche.
• Verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Gästen und Serviceorientierung.
• Freude am Umgang mit Gästen zu jeder Tageszeit.
• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit.
• Bereitschaft zu Frühdiensten (z. B. ab 6 Uhr).
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen willkommen.

Aufgaben

• Check-in und Check-out der Gäste an der Rezeption oder im Lobbybereich.
• Gästeberatung und Bereitstellung von Touristinformationen.
• Anliegen der Gäste annehmen und weiterverfolgen.
• Als Schichtführer Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Schichtablauf.
• Am Barbereich Getränke, Snacks und Cocktails servieren.

YOUR JOB

• You are the figurehead of a&o: our Front Desk is your territory
• You are responsible for the check-in and check-out of our guests behind the reception or in the lobby as Guest Relation Officer
• To make our guests feel comfortable at a&o, you take care of their needs and provide tourist information
• You take care of our guests and their concerns
• As shift leader, you take responsibility for ensuring that the shift runs smoothly
• At the bar you serve hot and cold drinks and snacks, and prepare snacks and cocktails

YOUR PROFILE

• You have experience or a completed training in the hotel industry or tourism
• Of course, you are driven by a great sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned to you.
• You enjoy dealing with guests - and you show it, regardless of the time of day or night
• You are characterised by an independent way of working and the ability to work in a team.
• A high degree of commitment and independence are a matter of course for you.
• Even in shifts that start at 6 a.m., it is easy for you to remain friendly, highly motivated and service-oriented.
• You have a good command of German and English - of course, we would be happy to hear any other language you speak
