Ennismore's 25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin is hiring a Reservations Agent (m/f/d) to join the Front Office & NENI team in Berlin. Enjoy a 4-day work week and a friendly, international environment.

You will handle incoming calls, emails, and reservations for NENI and Front Office, support receptionists, and manage TripAdvisor reviews while keeping an overview during peak times. Fluency in English and German, strong hospitality mindset, and a proactive, friendly approach are essential.

Job Description

How does your working day look like...

• You will answer all incoming calls and forward them if necessary, you will also process e-mails.
