Gleiss Lutz Hootz Hirsch Partnerschaftsgesellschaft seeks research assistants (wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter) to join the IP/Tech practice in Stuttgart. You will support our lawyers on ongoing client work, draft IP and IT contracts, and contribute to litigation, publications and internal knowledge management.

You can start at any time – during your university studies, during a doctorate, or while completing your practical legal training.

Qualifikationen

• First state examination (or first and second) with grade of vollbefriedigend or better.
• Very good command of English.
• Interest in business-related issues and challenging work.
• Enthusiasm for applying innovative technologies in the legal profession.
• A structured approach to legal analysis.
• Availability to work at least two to three days a week.

Aufgaben

• You’ll work closely with our lawyers and assist on ongoing client work.
• You will primarily support us on engaging and diverse tasks as part of the strategic advice we provide to our notable clients.
• You will also contribute to drafting IP and IT contracts, including in connection with M&A deals.
• You’ll work on commercially significant litigation, publications and lectures and on internal knowledge management in IP.

• Patents
• IT law
• Trademarks

• Copyright and media law

Your role
