Gleiss Lutz Hootz Hirsch Partnerschaftsgesellschaft is seeking research assistants (wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter) in ESG for our Stuttgart office. You will work closely with seasoned lawyers on ongoing client matters and gain exposure to ESG across employment, corporate, dispute resolution, competition/antitrust, and public law.

You can start at any time – during your studies, while pursuing a doctorate, or during your practical legal training.

Qualifikationen

• First State Examination with a grade at least satisfactory
• Very good command of English
• Interest in business-related legal issues
• Enthusiasm for applying innovative technologies in the legal profession
• Structured approach to legal analysis

We are seeking research assistants (wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter) (m/f/d) in the field of ESG at our Stuttgart office.

ESG (environmental, social and governance) considerations are becoming increasingly important – due to the new legislative requirements in Germany and at EU level, increased investor expectations of potential investments, and broader public debate. The ESG landscape is broad and constantly raises new legal issues. We help our clients implement a wide range of ESG measures and activities.

Because we take a cross-practice approach to ESG, you can work on ESG in the following practice areas:

• Employment
• Dispute resolution
• Corporate
• Competition/antitrust
• Public law

Your role

You’ll work closely with our lawyers and assist on ongoing client work. Gain insight into the work of leading ESG lawyers and play an active role by contributing to client matters, publications, lectures and social media activities.

You can start at any time – during your university studies, your doctorate, or while completing your practical legal training.

Your profile

• First (or first and second) state examination(s), each with a grade of fully satisfactory (vollbefriedigend) or better
• Very good command of English
• Interest in business-related issues and challenging work
• Enthusiasm for applying innovative technologies in the legal profession
• A structured approach to legal analysis
