Gleiss Lutz is seeking a research assistant (wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter) to join the Competition/Antitrust practice in Stuttgart. You will work closely with lawyers, conduct legal research, and help draft pleadings, contracts and related documents while possibly contributing to academic publications.
You may start during university studies, during your doctorate, or while completing your practical legal training, with a flexible schedule including at least two days per week.

You’ll work closely with our lawyers and assist on ongoing client work. You’ll conduct legal research, analyse legal issues and present your findings in a clear and structured format. You’ll also contribute to drafting, reviewing and revising pleadings, contracts and other legal documents, as well as – depending on your practice area – academic publications.
