Zusammenfassung

BYD Europe in Stuttgart is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive targets in residential energy storage markets. You will develop key customer relationships, promote products at events, and support after-sales teams to resolve issues, contributing to future product planning.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of relevant experience, a background in electrical engineering or solar energy storage, and the ability to travel. Dutch or French language skills are preferred for regional outreach.

Qualifikationen

• Prefer a background in technical sales or business development.
• Understanding of residential Hybrid inverters, PCS, Batteries and all-in-one systems.
• Basic energy storage technical knowledge is required.
• Knowledge of VPP and residential energy storage regulations.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
• Promote brand and products through exhibitions, training, roadshows, etc.
• Support local after-sales teams with product quality issues.
• Conduct product research to feedback for new product development.

• Timely handle and coordinate daily customer issues and complaints.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute sales targets and business development plans for the designated city/region in alignment with the company's overall strategy
• Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with key customers
• Brand and Product promotion through participation in activities such as exhibitions, technical training, roadshows, etc.
• Support local after-sales teams in resolving product quality and after-sales issues
• Conduct product research to provide internal feedback for new product development and assist in planning future product strategies
• Collaborate effectively with cross-departmental teams locally
• Timely handle and coordinate various daily customer issues and complaints

Job requirements

• Industry: Residential energy storage and Small-Scale C&I energy storage
• Working Experience: 1-5 years of relevant work experience
• Education: Major in Solar energy storage or Engineering (Electrical) are preferred
• Preferred technical sales or business development manager. Understanding of major residential Hybrid inverters, PCS, Batteries, and All-in-one systems on the market. Basic energy storage technical knowledge are required.
• Basic knowledge of VPP, and residential energy storage’s regulations
• Knowledge of key sales networks and major customers within the assigned region, with the ability to effectively promote at the installer level
• Willingness to travel as required
• Able to speak Dutch or French
