BYD Europe in Berlin seeks a sales-focused professional to drive residential energy storage growth. You will manage key customers, promote hybrid inverter products, and collaborate with internal teams to align with regional strategy.

The role requires 1-5 years of relevant experience, knowledge of inverters and energy storage tech, and willingness to travel. Dutch or French language skills are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 1-5 years of relevant work experience in energy storage or solar storage sectors.
• Major in Solar energy storage or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Experience in technical sales or business development roles.
• Understanding of residential Hybrid inverters, PCS, batteries and all-in-one systems.
• Basic knowledge of VPP and energy storage regulations.
• Knowledge of sales networks and major customers in the assigned region.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Able to speak Dutch or French.

Job Responsibilities

• 1, Execute sales targets and business development plans for the designated city/region in alignment with the company's overall strategy
• 2, Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with key customers
• 3, Brand and Product promotion through participation in activities such as exhibitions, technical training, roadshows, etc.
• 4, Support local after-sales teams in resolving product quality and after-sales issues
• 5, Conduct product research to provide internal feedback for new product development and assist in planning future product strategies
• 6, Collaborate effectively with cross-departmental teams locally
• 7, Timely handle and coordinate various daily customer issues and complaints

Job requirements

• 1, Industry: Residential energy storage and Small-Scale C&I energy storage
• 2, Working Experience: 1-5 years of relevant work experience
• 3, Education: Major in Solar energy storage or Engineering (Electrical) are preferred
• 4, Preferred technical sales or business development manager. Understanding of major residential Hybrid inverters, PCS, Batteries, and All-in-one systems on the market. Basic energy storage technical knowledge are required.
• 5, Basic knowledge of VPP, and residential energy storage’s regulations
• 6 Knowledge of key sales networks and major customers within the assigned region, with the ability to effectively promote at the installer level
