Job summary

MYNE Homes seeks a Property Manager for Mallorca to support the local Operations Team on the ground. You will coordinate maintenance, manage service providers, and drive enhancements across renovations and interior design.

Fluent in Spanish and English or German, with 5–7 years in hospitality or property management, and a valid Class B license. MS Office skills and strong organizational abilities are required for a fast-paced, independent role.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English or German (written and spoken).
• At least 5–7 years of professional experience in hospitality or property management.
• Vocational training or degree in real estate, hospitality or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.
• Valid Class B driver's license.

Responsibilities

you support our local Operations Team on the ground in Mallorca.

Your mission

• Planning and coordination of maintenance measures across the property portfolio.
• Management of external service providers alongside continuous quality assurance of delivered work.
• Planning and implementation of property enhancement initiatives across renovation, interior design, and furnishings.
• On-site co-owner support in close collaboration with the Owner Service Team.
• Active development of the Operations function as well as ongoing optimization of operational processes.

Your profile

• Fluency in Spanish and English or German (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages (e.g. Italian, French) is an advantage.
• Successfully completed vocational training and/or a degree in real estate, hospitality, or a related field.
• At least 5-7 years of professional experience in hospitality, property management, or a similar sector.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills combined with a structures approach to work.
• Ability to work effectively and precisely in a fast-paced environment, both independently and in a team, with strong prioritization and adherence to deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid Class B driver's license.
