MYNE seeks a Product Lead - Platform to own the platform behind our co-ownership offering. You will drive strategy and shipping, orchestrating operations across acquisition, launches, co-owner operations, and property management with tech enablement.

You’ll collaborate with operations, finance, engineering and our product teams, with potential to lead other PMs and shape an ambitious product roadmap.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Lead - Platform (m/f/x) to take over our initiatives around the operating system (platform) behind our co-ownership offering. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that improve all operations related to property acquisition, property launch, co-owner operations, and property management with the help of technology. Your role will be crucial in managing and optimizing the processes and automations that keep our operations running smoothly and scaling effectively - working closely with operations, finance, engineering and our product teams as well as our AI Champions in the operational teams.

Your mission

• Full ownership of the product platform, from strategy to shipping.


• Cross-team collaboration: driving alignment across teams org-wide.


• Roadmap ownership: shape and drive the product vision within the Product team.


• Potential team lead role for other product managers in the org.

Your profile

• AI-native builder, not just an AI endorser Instinctively reaches for AI to move faster and think harder — planning, prototyping, research, analysis. Can vibe-code intermediate solutions to ship value without waiting on dev capacity. This is a core working method, not a nice-to-have.


• Senior, hands-on PM who owns and ships end-to-end Sets clear direction and takes full accountability — makes the call rather than waiting to be told what to build. Hands-on by default: writes the spec, digs through the data, sits with engineers and stakeholders. Ships, does not just direct.
