Job summary

MYNE is seeking a Launch / Interior Design Manager (m/f/x) to support our Launch Team in planning and designing holiday properties in Berlin. You will coordinate renovations, design layouts, and source contractors to bring projects to completion with a focus on efficiency and quality.

The role requires 5+ years in interior design or related fields, a degree, strong PM and communication skills, and willingness to travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in interior design, interior architecture, or real estate project development.
• Degree or vocational training in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Great team player with independent, self-directed work style.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken); German/Italian/French a plus.
• Valid Class B driving license.
• High willingness to travel within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Planning, coordinating, and finalizing renovation measures in our properties.
• Designing interior layouts, furnishing, and decor concepts.
• Sourcing and negotiating offers from contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Coordinating and executing planned interior and launch projects on-site in the properties.
• Continuously developing and optimizing processes within the launch and design scope.

Your profile

• At least 5 years if professional experience in interior design, interior architecture, or real estate project development.
• Degree or vocational training in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Great team player with a highly independent and self-directed work style.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken); additional languages such as German, Italian, or French are a plus.
• Valid Class B driving license.
• High willingness to travel within Europe.
