MYNE Homes is seeking a Property Manager to oversee our Mallorca portfolio, ensuring top-tier technical management and seamless operations.

You will coordinate maintenance with external providers, supervise renovations with contractors, and ensure high-quality execution while delivering a great stay experience in our dream properties. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with a valid Class B license.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in a skilled trade or building-related field.
• Strong technical understanding of real estate with craftsmanship skills.
• Extensive property management experience including planning and monitoring renovations.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Valid Class B driver's license.

Property Manager - Mallorca (m/f/x)

You are responsible for ensuring top-tier technical management and seamless operational execution across our property portfolio on the island.

Your mission

• Technical management and maintenance coordination of our real estate portfolio in Mallorca.
• Planning and coordination of maintenance and repair work performed by external service providers to ensure high-quality execution.
• Oversight of renovation projects, including close alignment with contractors and suppliers.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in a skilled trade (e.g., electrician, carpenter, plumber) or a degree in building technology, civil engineering, facility management, or a related field.
• Strong technical understanding of real estate combined with hands-on craftsmanship skills.
• Extensive experience in property management as well as the planning and monitoring of construction and renovation measures.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a high level of initiative.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Valid Class B driver's license.
