Zusammenfassung

CitySafes Germany is seeking an ambitious Regional Manager to lead one of our regions, with travel across Germany and a focus on strong customer service and security. This hands-on leadership role centers on building high-performing branches that meet CitySafes' standards.

You will own regional performance, coach branch teams, ensure SOPs are followed, and collaborate with the Operations Manager to align with the national strategy. Expect ~80% field time and accountability for growth.

As we continue to expand across Germany, we're looking for an ambitious Regional Manager to lead one of our regions in Germany and play a key role in our continued growth.

Your Mission

As Regional Manager, you own the operational and commercial success of your region, but are willing to travel across all of Germany in the next 2 years growth period.

Your mission is to build high-performing branches that consistently deliver exceptional customer service, operate to the highest security standards and achieve sustainable commercial results. Through strong leadership, coaching and operational excellence, you create an environment where your teams can perform at their best while ensuring CitySafes' standards are executed consistently across every branch.

This is a hands‑on leadership role. You'll spend most of your time in our branches, developing people, improving performance and solving operational challenges where they matter most. Following a structured onboarding period, you'll enjoy a high level of ownership within your region while working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure alignment with the wider operational strategy for CitySafes Germany.

Your Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Own the operational and commercial performance of your region.
• Lead and coordinate the day-to-day operations across all branches within your region.
• Ensure every branch consistently delivers CitySafes' operational, commercial and customer service standards.
• Monitor operational performance, identify opportunities for improvement and implement sustainable solutions within your region.
• Translate company initiatives into successful execution across all branches.
• Maintain a strong presence in the field by spending approximately 80% of your time supporting and developing branch teams.
• Respond to operational challenges with sound judgement, clear prioritisation and a pragmatic, hands‑on approach.
• Lead, coach and develop Customer Service Agents across your region.
• Build a positive, accountable and high‑performing team culture.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews and development conversations.
• Set clear expectations and ensure consistent follow‑up on performance, behavior and development.
• Support recruitment activities together with HR team and actively participate in hiring decisions.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and disciplinary processes where required.
• Ensure new employees receive a structured onboarding experience and ongoing support to succeed.
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous learning.

SOPs, Compliance, Safety & Security

• Ensure all branches consistently operate in accordance with CitySafes' Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Drive operational discipline by ensuring consistent execution of operational, commercial, safety and security procedures.
• Conduct regular branch visits and operational reviews to verify compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coach teams to continuously strengthen operational consistency, quality and security awareness.
• Identify operational risks early and implement sustainable corrective actions within your region.
• Support incident investigations, implement corrective actions and proactively contribute operational learnings and best practices that strengthen security, consistency and operational excellence across the German organization.
• Escalate significant operational, safety or security risks where appropriate.
• Conduct security checks and audits in line with CitySafes standards and be communication partner for branches for all matters regarding security

Commercial Performance & Customer Experience

• Drive strong commercial performance across your region by supporting sustainable business growth.
• Identify local business opportunities and initiate activities that contribute to regional success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and relevant stakeholders in alignment with our MD.
• Champion a consistently high level of customer experience across your region.
• Resolve escalated customer situations professionally, pragmatically and with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Use customer feedback and operational insights to continuously improve regional performance.
• Following onboarding, independently lead the day‑to‑day operational and people‑related decisions within your region while aligning strategic commercial decisions with the Managing Director.

Continuous Improvement & Regional Growth

• Support the successful opening of new branches together with the Project & Implementation Manager.
• Ensure new branches are operationally ready and fully aligned with CitySafes' standards from day one.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen regional operations and proactively recommend improvements based on operational experience.
• Support cross‑functional projects where your operational expertise adds value.
• Contribute to the continued growth of CitySafes Germany by building a consistently high‑performing region.

You're a hands‑on operational leader who enjoys developing people, improving performance and building successful branches.

You thrive in a fast‑growing organization, naturally take ownership of your region and lead by example. You're equally comfortable coaching a Customer Service Agent on the shop floor, solving operational challenges or driving commercial performance.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience in an operational management role.
• Experience within retail, hospitality, services or another multi‑site, performance‑driven environment.
• Proven experience leading, coaching and developing operational teams.
• Experience with performance management and employee development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate operational insights into practical improvements.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Based in the greater Ruhr Area.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Germany.
