Staycity Group is seeking a Regional Operations Director to oversee our Germany locations and an upcoming Warsaw opening. You will drive operational excellence, financial performance, and guest satisfaction across multiple properties, with frequent travel and English/German fluency as requirements.

The role requires strategic leadership, change management, and a passion for hospitality innovation, reporting to senior leadership and collaborating across functions.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of multi-property leadership experience as a Regional Operations Director.
• Strong track record of delivering operational and financial results in hospitality.
• Fluency in German and English is required.

Aufgaben

• Lead and shape a high-performing culture across Staycity’s German locations and new Warsaw opening.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecast performance, and implement strategies to exceed revenue and profitability targets.
• Oversee F&B operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and innovative offerings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, F&B, and HR to maximize brand value and drive loyalty.
• Analyze guest feedback and audits to continuously raise service quality across properties.
• Lead new property openings and ensure operational readiness and brand compliance.
• Provide ongoing support to existing locations and adapt to market trends.
• Partner with HR to attract talent, develop careers, and foster a culture of excellence.
• Position properties as leading destinations through market positioning and strategic vision.

We are now seeking to hire a Regional Operations Director for Staycity, covering our Staycity Germany locations, and our exciting 2027 opening in Warsaw, Poland. You will oversee all operational aspects across our hotels, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance.

This role requires strategic leadership, proactive problem-solving, and a steadfast commitment to maintaining high standards across all areas of operation. This role will ideally be based from Germany, and will involve frequent travel. CVs are to be submitted in English only. Full working proficiency in both English and German is a non negotiable requirement.

We would love you to have:

• Experience: At least 5 years of multi-property leadership experience as a Regional Operations Director, with a proven track record of operational success and fostering growth in a hospitality-focused organization.
• Career Background: A blend of corporate experience in early career stages and entrepreneurial leadership.
• F&B Expertise: Experience managing F&B programs
• Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of European hospitality markets, with fluency or native-level proficiency in German. and English.
• Financial Acumen: Demonstrated success in exceeding financial targets and driving operational efficiency across diverse hospitality functions
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication abilities, capable of inspiring teams, driving engagement, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.

• Strategic Vision: Proficiency in strategic planning, operational oversight, and financial management, with the ability to adapt to dynamic business environments.

What you can do for us:

• Leadership & Culture: Partner with General Managers and local leaders to align with Staycity’s vision, fostering a cohesive, high-performing culture across all properties.
• Financial Performance: Develop comprehensive budgets, forecast performance accurately, and implement strategies to exceed revenue and profitability targets.
• F&B Excellence: Oversee F&B operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, innovative offerings, and operational efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, finance, F&B, and HR teams to enhance brand value, promote customer loyalty, and optimize overall property performance.
• Guest Experience: Analyse guest feedback and audit results, implementing solutions to enhance service quality and elevate the guest journey across accommodations, F&B, and events.
• Property Openings: Lead new property openings, ensuring operational readiness, adherence to brand standards, and seamless integrations
• Operational Excellence: Provide ongoing support to new and existing locations, ensuring consistent quality, operational efficiency, and adaptability to market trends.
• Talent Development: Collaborate with HR to attract top talent, foster career development, and cultivate a culture of excellence, creativity, and collaboration.
• Market Positioning: Leverage industry expertise to position properties as leading destinations for memorable experiences.
