Remote People is seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to drive growth across the APAC region while supporting a fully remote, international team. You will identify new clients, cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers, and own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from briefing to placement.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in tech recruitment or executive search, strong business development and client-management skills, and fluent English.

• 7+ years of experience in recruitment agency or executive search within tech industry.
• Experience in business development and client management.
• Fluent English required; experience within the APAC market.
