Zusammenfassung

One Mobility GmbH is seeking a Receptionist (m/f/d) in Hausen im Wiesental to warmly welcome guests, manage calls in German and English, and support daily office operations within a dynamic, international team.

Qualifikationen

• Training in hospitality, a commercial qualification, or an equivalent qualification.
• Initial experience in reception or a similar service-oriented role is an advantage.
• Very good German and good to fluent English skills.
• Confident use of standard Microsoft Office applications.
• Friendly, approachable and service-oriented manner, with a well-groomed appearance.
• Strong communication skills and genuine enjoyment of interacting with people.

Aufgaben

• Welcoming, greeting and assisting our national and international guests and customers.
• Managing the telephone switchboard in German and English.
• Handling and organising incoming and outgoing mail.
• Ordering and managing office supplies in coordination with colleagues.
• Organising and managing the company vehicle fleet.
• Coordinating maintenance and service appointments for company vehicles.
• Ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area and maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere.
