ROTOP Pharmaka GmbH in Dresden invites you to join as a Quality Control Documentation Assistant – Pharmaceuticals (m/f/d). We offer a permanent position in a modern work environment surrounded by nature, with flexible schedules and attractive benefits for a balanced work life.

You will create, maintain, and revise GMP‑compliant QC documents, manage lab reports and data, support deviation, CAPA and change control, and assist during audits and inspections.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in the natural sciences, pharmaceuticals, or a comparable field.
• Ideally, professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, quality control, in a laboratory, or in a regulated environment.
• Basic knowledge of GMP requirements and pharmaceutical documentation practices is a plus.
• Very good written and spoken German.
• Proficiency with MS Office and willingness to learn subject-specific systems.
• Meticulous, structured, and reliable work style with strong commitment to quality and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Creation, maintenance, and revision of GMP-compliant documents in the area of quality control.
• Management and archiving of lab reports, quality data, and quality-related documentation.
• Support for deviation, CAPA, and change control processes.
• Participation in laboratory work, including proper GMP documentation.
• Preparation for and support during audits and inspections.
• Ensuring complete, traceable, and quality-compliant documentation.
