Your tasks

• Providing professional and disciplinary leadership and fostering the professional growth of our two-person HR team
• Independently handling payroll processing when acting as a substitute
• Advising management and executives on all matters related to human resources and labor law
• Collaborating in a spirit of trust with the works council, as well as independently negotiating and drafting company agreements
• Developing and optimizing processes in employee development, compensation, and succession planning
• Establishing and refining performance management processes, including goal-setting, feedback, and employee reviews
• Contributing to the further development of our recruiting efforts and our employer brand in the Dresden region

Your profile

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as an HR Director (m/f/d), HR Manager, Head of HR, or in a comparable HR leadership position, ideally in a manufacturing or regulated company
• Solid practical experience in independently handling payroll processing, as well as a thorough understanding of payroll processes
• Comprehensive knowledge of labor law, works council law, income tax law, and social security law
• Proven experience in the professional and disciplinary management and development of employees
• Experience collaborating with works councils and drafting company agreements
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and decisive leadership
• Business-level proficiency in German and good command of English
