Arbeitsagentur in Hamburg seeks a professional to coordinate and moderate multidisciplinary teams to investigate and resolve quality issues using the 8D/9S process. You will identify causes through analysis of data, processes, and products and develop effective solutions to prevent recurrence.

You will collaborate with relevant departments to implement problem-solving measures and generate detailed reports covering problem definition, root cause analysis, solution development and implementation

Competenze

• Completed technician/master craftsman or degree in a relevant engineering field.
• In-depth experience using 8D (LEAN, SIX SIGMA) for problem solving and quality assurance.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and quality management tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize complex problems.

Profile

You have knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and quality management tools

You have strong communication and teamwork skills
