Zusammenfassung

DAHER in Hamburg seeks a skilled technician/foreman to inspect aircraft outstanding works and non-conformities across structure, mechanical and electrical areas. You will drive corrective actions and report findings to customers, ensuring documentation compliance.

You will manage special-process follow-ups, prepare non-conformity reports, and apply internal/customer procedures, enabling precise traceability in manufacturing docs. Shift flexibility is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education and training as a technician or foreman.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with problem solving using methods like 8D, root-cause analysis, PPS.

Aufgaben

• Check and inspect aircraft outstanding works and non-conformities (structure, mechanic & electric).
• Follow-up of special processes as well as non-conformities, corrective & preventive actions.
• Communication & workflow with customer teams.
• Preparation of non-conformity reports.
• Implementation of internal and customer procedures & instructions.
• Identification and traceability of the product in accordance with manufacturing documents.

YOUR QUALIFICATION

• Completed technical education and training as a technician (all genders) or foreman


• Professional experience in aviation and quality assurance


• Good knowledge of methods (8D, root-cause-analysis, PPS etc.) for problem solving and practical experience


• Profound experience with MS Excel and SAP


• Analytical and organizational skills


• Flexibility and team spirit


• Ability to work in early and late shifts. Flexibility for night shifts and weekends is a plus
