Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Degree oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement bzw. Quality Assurance wünschenswert.
• Kenntnisse der QM-Methoden und Problemlösungstechniken
• ERP-Kenntnisse, vorzugsweise ProAlpha, Deutsch und Englisch in Schrift und Sprache
• Souveräner Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Analytisches Denkvermögen

Responsibilities

• Aufbau, Pflege, Weiterentwicklung und Überwachung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems
• Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Verfahrens- und Inspektionsanweisungen
• Überwachung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Prozessen
• Durchführung und Dokumentation von Qualitätsprüfungen
• Überwachung der Fertigungsqualität in den Bereichen Faserverbund, Lackierung und Montage
• Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Abweichungen und Qualitätsberichten
• Analyse von Qualitätsproblemen und Einleitung entsprechender Korrekturmaßnahmen
• Warzunehmen und Prüfen von Wareneingang,Zwischen- und Endkontrollen
• Initiierung und Begleitung von CIP-Maßnahmen
• Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen in Prozessen und Abläufen
• Organisation und Durchführung von Workshops
• Bestimmung und Auswertung relevanter KPIs

• Establishment, maintenance, further development, and monitoring of the quality management system
• Creation and updating of procedural and inspection instructions
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with quality standards and processes
• Conducting and documenting quality inspections
• Monitoring manufacturing quality in the areas of composites, painting, and assembly
• Handling complaints, deviations, and quality reports
• Analysis of quality problems and initiation of appropriate corrective actions
• Incoming goods, intermediate, and final inspections
• Initiation and facilitation of continuous improvement (CIP) measures

• Determination and evaluation of relevant key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Completed technical degree, qualification as a state-certified technician, or comparable vocational training (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience in quality management or quality assurance desirable
• Knowledge of quality management methods and problem-solving techniques
• ERP knowledge, preferably in ProAlpha German and English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook…)
