Job summary

EPM Scientific represents an international pharmaceutical company seeking a Qualified Person (QP) to join a dedicated Quality organisation. The role centers on batch release certification, leadership of a small Quality team, and driving improvements across the Quality Management System.

Successful candidates will have QP certification, several years in GMP/GDP pharma environments, ERP experience, and fluent German and English. Hybrid working options and a competitive package are offered.

• Lead, coach, and develop a small Quality team.
• Drive continuous improvement across the Quality Management System.
• Oversee Deviation Management, CAPA, PQRs, NPIs, Change Controls.
• Serve as Quality contact for external manufacturing partners and suppliers.
• Support regulatory inspections, audits, and supplier qualification.
• Contribute to cross-functional Quality and business improvement projects.
• Monitor and improve Quality KPIs and compliance metrics.

Are you an experienced Qualified Person (QP) looking to take the next step in your Quality career?

On behalf of an international pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a Qualified Person to join a Quality organisation and take responsibility for batch certification, quality systems, and team leadership activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Qualified Person (QP) in accordance with applicable pharmaceutical regulations and certify product batches for release.
• Lead, coach, and develop a small Quality team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Quality Management System.
• Oversee and manage: Deviation Management, CAPA processes, PQRs, NPIs, Change Controls
• Act as a key Quality contact for external manufacturing partners and suppliers.
• Support regulatory inspections, audits, and supplier qualification activities.
• Contribute to cross-functional Quality and business improvement projects.
• Monitor and improve Quality KPIs and compliance metrics.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Person certification in accordance with relevant pharmaceutical regulations.
• Several years of experience within a GMP/GDP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience working with ERP and Quality Management systems.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
