We’re looking for a dedicated QA Lead to manage an international team of QA engineers and who is passionate about delivering reliable, high-quality software. In this role, you’ll focus on testing and ensuring the stability of our osapiens HUB platform, developing automated test suites, identifying issues, and refining processes to keep everything running smoothly. While your primary responsibility will be the quality of our software, you’ll also support the team by reviewing developer documentation for clarity and accuracy, ensuring it complements the user experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on making software dependable and effective.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure platform quality and reliability through rigorous testing and comprehensive reviews of technical documentation
• Develop and maintain automated backend tests in Java using JUnit to validate functionality and performance
• Write and execute frontend tests with Playwright (JavaScript) to ensure a seamless user experience across all interfaces
• Work closely with development teams to identify, prevent, and resolve quality issues early in the development lifecycle
• Lead test planning and risk assessments to drive robust product delivery and minimize potential failures
• Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies in an agile environment, fostering efficiency and innovation
• Manage and maintain release notes and technical product documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy for internal and external users

Your Experience

• Deep understanding of software testing principles and best practices in quality assurance
• Strong hands-on experience in backend test automation using Java and JUnit
• Proficiency in frontend testing with Playwright and JavaScript/TypeScript or similar frameworks
• Experience in maintaining clear, accurate technical documentation to support development and QA processes
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile methodologies, ensuring efficient collaboration and iterative improvements
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards across the platform
• Previous leadership experience is a plus, with the ability to mentor and guide QA teams effectively
