Job summary

NAXCON GmbH in Oberndorf am Neckar is seeking a Project Manager / Relocation Manager (m/f/d) to oversee equipment relocations and new installations. The role requires a hands-on, well-organised professional with CAD skills and fluent German.

You will coordinate schedules across departments, draft CAPEX proposals, and support foremen and maintenance teams. This position offers an international, collaborative environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Foreman, technician, or bachelor's degree holder with relevant technical background.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive planning, management, and supervision of machine and equipment relocations as well as new installations.
• Scheduling coordination with the departments involved.
• Detailed planning of the plant layout in CAD, incorporating changes.
• Drafting capital expenditure proposals.
• Supporting the parties involved, such as foreman teams and maintenance departments, for example by obtaining quotes.
• Preparing requirements specifications.
• Negotiating with external contractors.
