NAXCON GmbH in Weil am Rhein sucht einen erfahrenen Projekt- und Relocation-Manager (m/w/d) für Equipment Relocation und Infrastruktur am Standort Oberndorf am Neckar. Die Stelle umfasst die umfassende Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Maschinen- und Anlagenverlegungen sowie Neuinstallationen.

Sie erstellen Layout-Planungen in CAD, kalkulieren Investitionsvorhaben und unterstützen das Team, inklusive Vorarbeiter- und Instandhaltungsteams, durch Anforderungsdefinitionen und Abstimmungen

Qualifications

• Förderer, Techniker oder Bachelor mit relevanten technischen Hintergrund.
• Fließendes Deutschwissen.
• Hands-on-Ansatz.
• Sehr strukturierte Organisationsfähigkeit.

Responsibilities

• Umfassende Planung, Leitung und Überwachung von Maschinen- und Anlagenverlagerungen sowie Neuinstallationen.
• Terminplanung in Abstimmung mit beteiligten Abteilungen.
• Detaillierte CAD-Plantafel-Planung unter Berücksichtigung von Änderungen.
• Erstellung von Investitionsvorschlägen.
• Unterstützung beteiligter Parteien wie Vorarbeiter- und Instandhaltungsteams, z. B. durch Anforderungsdefinitionen und Abstimmung mit externen Auftragnehmern.

Position: Project Manager / Relocation Manager (m/f/d) – Equipment Relocation and Infrastructure

Location: Oberndorf am Neckar, Germany

Type: Weekly working 35 hours

Tasks:

• Comprehensive planning, management, and supervision of machine and equipment relocations as well as new installations
• Scheduling coordination with the departments involved
• Detailed planning of the plant layout in CAD, incorporating changes
• Drafting capital expenditure proposals
• Supporting the parties involved, such as foreman teams and maintenance departments, etc., for example by:
• Preparing requirements specifications
• Negotiating with external contractors

Requirements:

• Foreman, technician, or bachelor's degree holder with relevant technical background
• Fluency in German
• Hands-on approach
• Highly structured organizational skills
