Zusammenfassung

UPS is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong software/SaaS background to lead complex programs. You will work across cross-functional teams, driving Agile delivery, governance, and portfolio reporting while coordinating with technical experts for quick turnarounds.

Prior experience as a developer and expertise in Jira Cloud administration will be highly valued, along with PMP/CSM certifications as desirable but not mandatory.

Qualifikationen

• 8-10 years of overall experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong background in software product / SaaS based products.

Aufgaben

• Lead project management efforts for software/SaaS initiatives.
• Provide estimations and solutions with input from technical experts.
• Oversee PMO governance and portfolio reporting.
• Manage multiple Agile teams and ensure timely deliveries.
• Support Jira administration, dashboards, and reporting.
• Knowledge of logistics/e-commerce domains is a plus.

• Overall, 8-10 years’ experience
• Relevant Project management Experience should be around 5-7 years
• Candidate should be strong background of software product / Saas based products
• Should have worked as a developer prior to being a project manager
• 3+ years Jira Administration
  a. Jira Cloud administration
  b. Configure Jira projects, workflows, screens, schemes
  c. Manage releases, versions, sprint structures
  d. Build dashboards and reporting
• Experience with MS - Azure - DevOps is plus
• Strong experience with Agile delivery and should have managed multiple Agile teams
• Portfolio-level reporting
• PMO governance experience
• Should be able to provide estimations and solutions to different opportunities with the help of technical experts with quick turnaround.
• Knowledge of the logistic / e-commerce domain is good to have, not mandatory
• PMP or CSM certification is good to have, not mandatory
