Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex MSP projects in a fast-paced environment. You will own plans, control scope, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication with C-level executives, robust governance, and a focus on quality management. You will drive improvements to delivery methodologies and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of project management experience in MSP environment.
• Proven experience delivering multiple complex projects.
• Experience delivering Microsoft technologies, solutions and services.
• Experience planning, monitoring and governance including risks, issues, dependencies and decisions management.
• Proven delivery of large and complex change programmes with stakeholder management.
• Experience engaging C-level executives.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning and delivery of projects to time, cost, and quality.
• Own, develop, and monitor project plans.
• Document scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and quality requirements.
• Control scope and manage customer expectations within the commercial model.
• Provide and control project documentation for tracking and audit purposes.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and actual costs with early warning of deviations.
• Collaborate with Senior Commercial Accountants on revenue booking and cost forecasting.
• Develop resource allocation plans and coordinate staffing.
• Engage internal departments, customers, and third parties in a matrix setup.
• Establish governance with clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities.
• Contribute to project health check reviews.
• Suggest improvements to delivery methodology with Delivery Support.
• Identify, log, monitor, and respond to risks and issues; escalate as required.
• Produce project highlight reports and presentations for internal and external customers.
• Develop, maintain, and apply quality management processes.
• Secure goods and services and manage compliance and variances.
• Work with Service Transition to move project outputs into live services.
• Manage scope, timeline, and budget changes transparently with customer and stakeholder agreement.
• Set direction and align expectations across stakeholders.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders according to their influence and interests.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' Project Management Experience
• Proven experience of delivering multiple concurrent and complex projects in a fast-paced MSP environment
• Knowledge of and experience in delivering Microsoft technologies, solutions and services
• Knowledge of using techniques for planning, monitoring and governance, including risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and decisions management
• A track record of managing delivery of large and complex change programmes/projects
• Proven ability in stakeholder management including C-level executives
