Matrix42 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own and drive IT projects in the German market. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate consultants, and ensure delivery excellence while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in IT project management, SaaS experience, and fluency in German and English. Knowledge of PM frameworks is a plus and the position supports agile ways of working.

Qualifikationen

• Proven SaaS experience.

• Fluent German and English (mandatory); Finnish/Swedish a bonus).
• Familiarity with PM frameworks (IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2 or similar).

Your mission

Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing IT environment? In this role, you will take full ownership of customer projects, especially within the German market, ensuring successful delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive end‑to‑end project delivery
• Lead and coordinate project teams and consultants
• Facilitate regular status meetings, steering committees, and reporting
• Ensure projects run smoothly and achieve agreed objectives
• Manage risks, changes, and complex stakeholder situations
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships
• Oversee budget tracking and invoicing
• Contribute to improving ways of working and agile practices

Must‑haves

• Several years (approx. 5+ years) of experience in IT project management
• Proven experience working in a SaaS environment
• Strong ability to manage projects independently with high ownership
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in German and English (mandatory); Finnish and Swedish are a bonus
• Experience working with common PM frameworks (e.g., IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2 or similar)

Nice to have

• Experience in Service Management or Identity Management environments
• Familiarity with agile ways of working and process improvement
