Zusammenfassung

PTT Consulting in Germany is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex software development initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders across Europe. This full-time role is remote, with occasional travel.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of management experience, strong agile expertise, and fluency in English (Italian a plus). You will drive delivery, maintain budgets and schedules, and ensure alignment with client expectations.

Aufgaben

• Manages assigned technical projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
• Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
• Sets and tracks project milestones; manages delays, realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
• Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to staff and stakeholders.
• Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information to prepare project status reports.
• Facilitates gathering and validation of project requirements.
• Develops and maintains project performance databases tracking milestones.
• Ensures all parts of projects are progressing according to timelines and deliverable dates.
• Regularly communicates with customers/clients to arrange meetings and discuss project problems.
• Coordinates internal and external resources, ensures projects stay within scope, schedule and budgets.
• Develops and communicates detailed specifications for implementation, negotiates plans and timeframes.
• Analyzes progress and adapts timelines to maximize benefit.
• Forecasts potential delays and develops alternate plans.
• Creates and maintains comprehensive project management documentation.
• Analyzes risks and provides updates to Senior Management on status and problems; takes steps to minimize delays.
