Zusammenfassung

HCLTech Germany is seeking an experienced Senior PMO Leader to set direction for the Projects team, build a strong PMO, and own end-to-end delivery across large-scale programs. You will develop processes, drive best practices, and collaborate with global units to expand service offerings from Frankfurt.

The role requires leadership, client management, and a track record of delivering on complex programs, with oversight of budgets and timelines.

Qualifikationen

• 7-12 years of experience in Project/Program Management, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large-scale programs, projects, and teams with complete delivery ownership.
• Strong client management expertise, including project transition, transformation, and migration initiatives.
• Experience managing program budgets up to USD 100 Million and overseeing end-to-end engagement lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and leadership with ownership mindset.

• Is proactive and the ultimate escalation point on all matters related to all programs undertaken and team management.
• Will look at Process efficiency and innovate methodology with a view to maximize value provided to the business units.
• Establishes and maintains excellent relationships with customer / Business Units.
• Viewed and perceived as a Role model and a genuine Team Player.
• Managing & Reporting – Scope, Change Requests, Contractual Milestones, status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Complying with PMO financial rigor and reporting- Weekly, monthly, quarterly.

Required Skills:

• 7-12 years of experience in Project/Program Management, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large-scale programs, projects, and teams with complete delivery ownership.
• Strong client management expertise, including project transition, transformation, and migration initiatives.
• Experience managing program budgets up to USD 100 Million and overseeing end-to-end engagement lifecycles.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and manage Project Managers and large cross-functional/global teams.
• Strong resource planning, talent management, performance management, and team development capabilities.
• Expertise in risk management, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and data-driven decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with MS Project, MS Excel, and other project management tools.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure Services, Technology Delivery, System Integration, and Global Delivery (Onsite-Offshore) models.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, client relationship management, and leadership skills with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
