Overview

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of project and lead cross-functionally to completion
• Plan and steer project execution
• Coordinate and communicate between all parties involved
• Report on milestones and deliverables
• Responsibility for timeline, budget and quality
• This is an individual contributor role

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management
• Degree or equivalent qualification
• Profound knowledge of project tools (such as OpenProject, Microsoft Project, Jira) and project methods
• Background in aviation industry is an advantage
• Comfortable in juggling multiple topics simultaneously and various stakeholders (internal and external); comfortable speaking to C-levels
• Team player attitude and a positive mindset
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; other languages such as Spanish or French are advantageous
• Willingness to travel occasionally
