Overview
Grob Aircraft SE is one of the world's leading manufacturers of training and special-mission aircraft. From our headquarters in Tussenhausen-Mattsies, Germany, we design, build and support a worldwide fleet operated by air forces, flight schools and private customers. Our Aftersales organization ensures that our customers receive best-in-class support throughout the entire lifecycle of their aircraft.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of project and lead cross-functionally to completion
- Plan and steer project execution
- Coordinate and communicate between all parties involved
- Report on milestones and deliverables
- Responsibility for timeline, budget and quality
- This is an individual contributor role
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management
- Degree or equivalent qualification
- Profound knowledge of project tools (such as OpenProject, Microsoft Project, Jira) and project methods
- Background in aviation industry is an advantage
- Comfortable in juggling multiple topics simultaneously and various stakeholders (internal and external); comfortable speaking to C-levels
- Team player attitude and a positive mindset
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; other languages such as Spanish or French are advantageous
- Willingness to travel occasionally
