Grob Aircraft invites a seasoned Program/Project Manager to lead complex aviation programs, ensuring on-time delivery and regulator-compliant airworthiness documentation. You will serve as the primary liaison between the German headquarters and international customers, including Canada, coordinating audits and critical reviews.

The role requires substantial experience in aviation project management, strong airworthiness knowledge, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in aerospace, mechanical engineering or related field.
• Several years of program/project management experience in aviation.
• Strong knowledge of airworthiness processes and authorities (EASA, TCCA, FAA).
• Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Deliver regular program status reports to customer and leadership.
• Schedule and host customer site visits and technical reviews.
• Plan, coordinate and lead audits by Airworthiness Authorities.
• Maintain a central action tracker and drive on-time closure of actions.
• Coordinate preparation, submission and tracking of Airworthiness Reports.
• Act as central interface between German HQ and international fleet customer in Canada.
• Travel occasionally to Canada and other customer sites.

Your Role

Your Profile

Must have:

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Several years of experience in program/project management in the aviation industry
• Strong knowledge of airworthiness processes and experience with authorities (EASA, TCCA, FAA)
• Fluent German and English

Nice to have:

• French language skills
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with military aviation programs
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification
