You will coordinate among sales, field operations, and customers, ensuring documentation, scheduling, and resource alignment for GIS substations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, five years of GIS installation and HV testing experience, and SAP proficiency (Fiori/Cockpit).

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in GIS substations and high‑voltage projects.
• Experience with installation and commissioning of large GIS substation projects, including multi‑bay layouts, gas handling, and high‑voltage field testing.
• Work authorization permitting work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.

• Coordinate project transitions to field service operations and confirm resource availability.

• Monitor material delivery schedules and coordinate shipments
• Manage invoicing, accounts receivable follow-up, and customer dispute resolution
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Requirements

• Must already have work authorization permitting work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience
• Experience with installation and commissioning of large GIS substation projects, including multi-bay layouts, gas handling, and high-voltage field testing
• Knowledge of high-voltage products, services, and their application
• Experience with SAP, including Fiori and Cockpit modules
• Familiarity with AI-supported project management tools
• Willingness to travel on occasion
