You will lead technical negotiations to secure agreements and permits, prepare HV equipment specifications, and support procurement with supplier evaluations.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience managing grid connection processes (HV/MV) for PV, wind, and BESS projects.
• Knowledge of TSOs/DSOs cooperation and regulatory requirements such as VDE/RfG.
• Strong understanding of HV engineering, transformers, switchgear, protection concepts.

• Coordinate with transmission and distribution system operators, authorities, and internal teams such as EPC and Development

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience managing grid connection processes (high and medium voltage) for PV, wind, and BESS projects, as well as working with TSOs/DSOs
• In-depth knowledge of technical and regulatory requirements, such as VDE application rules and the Requirements for Generators (RfG)
• Strong understanding of high-voltage engineering, transformers, switchgear, protection technology, grid simulation models, and protection concepts
• Excellent stakeholder management, assertiveness, and negotiation skills
• Very good German language skills and fluent, business-level English, both written and spoken
