Summary of the Role:

The Project Manager (Based in Germany) will manage projects aimed at delivering M-Files solutions to customers.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Deliver customer projects on schedule and with high customer satisfaction and quality, while ensuring the defined budget and work effort objectives are met. Achieve these goals by:

In the project sales phase

• Planning the project to meet defined objectives
• Co-operating with Solution Architect to ensure detailed delivery plans and effort estimates
• Ensuring project budget sufficiency with Sales
• Co-operating with Manager/Director, Services to secure necessary resourcing
• Co-operating with Subcontracting Manager for subcontracted deliveries

In the project execution phase

• Ensuring availability of consulting, Product Development, and subcontracted resources
• Establishing project work practices and communication means
• Clarifying roles, responsibilities, and expectations
• Defining and following up on tasks
• Maintaining high communication and transparency with the customer
• Addressing deviations and scope change requests promptly
• Driving project completion and customer approval
• Reporting issues and coordinating with relevant managers and teams

Collaboration Opportunities

• Escalating delivery issues and managing subcontractor selection
• Collaborating with Sales, Services, PD, and other teams for resource planning and project execution
