Location: Lindau,Germany (preferred), but Munich, or Berlin (Hybrid) also works.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Maintain ongoing engagement with clients in collaboration withproject management and implementation teams.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and developtailored solution scenarios with clients.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and enhancement of ITsystems in the technical information environment.
- Create process, metadata, and information models for systems suchas Component Content Management Systems, Content Delivery Portals, and knowledgegraph-based applications.
- Lead and moderate customer workshops to assess needs and definesolutions.
- Utilize agile methodologies to ensure effective project delivery.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business Informatics, Information Management, NaturalSciences, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in knowledge and informationmanagement, ideally with a background in consulting for technicalcommunication.
- Strong analytical thinking, understanding of complex IT and systemarchitectures, presentation skills, process-oriented thinking, workshopfacilitation, and project management experience.
- Proficiency in XML (required), basic scripting and programmingskills (preferred), and familiarity with W3C standards.
- Experience in mechanical engineering and plant construction(preferred).
- Proficiency in German (C2 level) and English (C1+ level).
- Strong communication skills, solution-oriented, assertive,persuasive, active listener, effective team leader, and customer-focused.
