Job summary

SoftProject GmbH sucht einen (Junior) Project Manager (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung von Kundenimplementierungen. Sie übernehmen schrittweise Verantwortung im gesamten Projektlebenszyklus, von Initiierung und Planung über Durchführung, Tests, Go-Live bis zur Übergabe an den Customer Support.

Sie koordinieren Aktivitäten zwischen Kunden, Beratern, Entwicklern und Support, überwachen Zeitpläne, Budgets, Lieferungen und Qualitätsziele und bauen vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu Kundenprojektmanagern auf.

Qualifications

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, ideal Software/IT/ Digitale Transformation.
• Abschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbares Feld.
• Nachweis der Koordination von Aktivitäten, Stakeholdern oder Teams.
• Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
• Strukturierte, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Haltung.
• Kundenorientierung mit der Fähigkeit, stabile Beziehungen aufzubauen.
• Ausgeprägte Deutschkenntnisse; gute Englischkenntnisse; Französisch wünschenswert.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung und schrittweise Übernahme von Kundenimplementierungsprojekten über den gesamten Lebenszyklus.
• Koordination von Aktivitäten zwischen Kunden, Beratern, Entwicklern, Supportteams und Stakeholdern.
• Überwachung von Zeitplänen, Budgets, Deliverables und Qualitätszielen.
• Aufbau vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu Kundenprojektmanagern und Beitrag zum Projekterfolg.
• Identifizierung potenzieller Risiken und Mitwirkung bei deren Minderung.
• Planung, Moderation von Meetings, Workshops und Statusberichten.
• Sicherstellung transparenter Kommunikation zwischen allen Beteiligten.

What you can expect:

• Support and gradually take ownership of customer implementation projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, testing, go‑live, and handover to Customer Support.
• Coordinate project activities between customers, consultants, developers, support teams, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and quality objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with customer project managers and actively contribute to project success.
• Identify potential project risks and support the implementation of mitigation measures.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status reviews.
• Prepare project plans, status reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Ensure transparent communication between all project stakeholders.
• Contribute to a collaborative and solution‑oriented project environment.

What were looking for:

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in project management, preferably within software, IT, digital transformation, or implementation projects.
• A degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Alternatively, equivalent professional experience gained through a technical or business background.
• Experience coordinating project activities, stakeholders, or project teams.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A structured, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Customer‑focused attitude with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
• Excellent German skills and good English communication skills; fluency in French is highly desirable.
