Responsibilities

• Design and execute business initiatives and play a crucial part in implementing them to ensure continuous improvement and growth of the organization.
• Gain deep insights into how to optimize and implement processes and learn how to scale a business in direct cooperation with our Management team.
• Carry out cross‑functional projects on a European level and manage stakeholders across different business units such as sales, marketing, product, business analytics.
• Write and review business cases, perform supporting research and analysis, and drive projects from their design to release.
• Drive performance management initiatives on a European level to ensure constant business growth.
• Work parallel as a generalist on different projects and conceptualize key growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree and at least 3 years full‑time work experience preferably in a growth company, start‑up or management consulting firm.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑starter mentality with excellent organizational and interpersonal skill.
• Good analytical skills, structured way of thinking, exceptional attention to details.
• Fluent in English and German as well as advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
