Zusammenfassung

ConSol Partners is seeking an IT Project Manager to join a public sector client. The role focuses on outcome-oriented delivery leadership, taking ownership of delivery, removing obstacles, driving decisions and ensuring successful outcomes.

The candidate will be organized, proactive and able to navigate complex environments with multiple stakeholders, workstreams and dependencies, while translating technical topics into clear business language and providing transparent reporting.

Aufgaben

• Lead complex technology transformation and migration initiatives from initiation through implementation and operational handover.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs and governance artefacts.
• Drive delivery progress, identify risks and blockers early, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain clear visibility of project status, decisions, actions and outcomes.
• Produce concise and effective reporting for leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop sufficient technical understanding to engage effectively with Architects, Technical Leads and SMEs.
• Challenge technical assumptions, estimates, risks and proposed solutions where appropriate.
• Translate complex technical topics into clear business language.
• Build strong relationships across business, technical and leadership teams.
• Drive accountability, ownership and collaboration across all stakeholders.
• Influence without direct authority and maintain strong stakeholder engagement throughout delivery.
• Lead workshops, planning sessions, steering committees and working groups.
• Ensure meetings are structured, efficient and outcome-focused.
• Drive clear decisions, actions and follow-up.
• Communicate clearly, professionally and concisely at all levels of the organization.
• Maintain high-quality project documentation, plans, decision logs and governance records.
• Ensure project information remains accurate, structured and auditable.
• Drive strong governance discipline across the project lifecycle.
