Job summary

MeJuvante GmbH is offering a permanent PMO role to keep large regulated IT programmes honest: ensuring plans reflect reality, committees lead to decisions, and an open-points list remains visible.

You will support project and programme management, build and maintain project plans, manage resources, track milestones and costs, prepare management-ready information, minutes, and liaise between IT and business units and the steering committee.

Responsibilities

• Support project and programme management in administrative and content work
• Build and maintain project plans: schedule, budget planning, resource planning
• Raise resource requests in the IT system from resource and time planning; track approvals
• Maintain and chase the open-points list across the project organisation
• Produce regular and event-driven management-ready information
• Prepare, minute and follow up committee meetings
• Run administrative tasks such as resource onboarding and offboarding
• Act as communication interface between IT, business units and the steering committee
• Monitor milestones, dependencies and cost; produce status, progress and management reports
