Aufgaben

• Take ownership of integrated PMO and project controls processes and products for strategic large-scale CapEx projects, covering document and information management, earned-value management, governance reporting, and performance monitoring across scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
• Lead project governance and reporting activities, providing reliable insights, forecasts, and decision-ready information to project leadership and key stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize integrated master schedules, including contractor and supplier schedules, while performing critical path analysis and coordinating recovery plans when required.
• Drive effective cost control, forecasting, risk management, change management, and progress measurement to support successful project delivery and informed decision‑making.
• Act as a trusted partner to Project Leads and management teams by challenging assumptions, identifying deviations early, and driving corrective actions throughout all project phases.
• Promote continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned, implementing best‑practice PMO standards, supporting supplier management processes, and advancing modern project management methodologies.
