Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Construction Program Manager to lead multi-site retail and grocery construction programs from planning through execution. You will drive strategic decisions, align budgets and schedules, and ensure delivery excellence across sites.

In this role you will partner with senior client stakeholders to set program strategy, oversee financial performance, forecasting, and contract administration, and manage risk effectively.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of construction, program management, or project leadership experience.
• Proven success leading large-scale, multi-site retail, grocery, big-box, fuel/convenience, or similar construction programs.
• Experience managing project portfolios, budgets, forecasting, and contract negotiations.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
