Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks a senior leader to steer large-scale Oracle ERP/PPM/Primavera transformation programs within the Engineering & Construction sector. You will manage client portfolios, drive strategic business development, and lead multi-million-dollar pursuits while delivering high-quality outcomes in collaboration with Oracle.

You will develop E&C-specific Oracle offerings, mentor a delivery team, and maintain executive relationships across Finance, PMO, and Operations.

Qualifikationen

• Deep expertise in Engineering & Construction industry.
• Strong experience with Oracle ERP Cloud (Projects, Financials).
• Strong experience with Oracle PPM.
• Experience with Primavera Cloud / Unifier.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-million-dollar transformation programs.
• Strong business development and large-deal pursuit experience.
• 10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• 7+ years of Engineering & Construction industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading Oracle ERP/PPM/Primavera implementations.
• Proven track record of business development and revenue generation ($2M+ annually).
• Experience working with Oracle alliance and co-sell models.
• Strong experience in solution architecture, proposal development, and executive presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale engagements.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Experience with Primavera Cloud, Unifier, and Oracle Joint Venture Management preferred.
• Background in capital projects, EPC firms, or infrastructure development.
• Experience building industry-specific accelerators or delivery frameworks.
• Relevant Oracle certifications preferred.
