Zusammenfassung

Cargill is seeking a Build Project Manager to coordinate and supervise PM activities across Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Safety and Project Controls in North America.

You will lead a small team of 5–7 site-based Build Project Supervisors, drive best practices, track progress, manage risk, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver value.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of four years of related work experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30% in North America.
• Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in United States or Canada.
• Project management, safety and quality, and project controls experience.

• Provide strategic vision and incorporate best practices into project delivery
• Execute projects using the project management framework to achieve objectives
• Measure and monitor project progress and key metrics to mitigate risk and improve performance
• Apply tools and techniques to proactively control project outcomes
• Partner with business stakeholders to enable business value and technical benefits
• Coordinate operational aspects of assigned projects
• Lead and develop a team, including talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary decisions
• Perform other duties as assigned
