Job summary

Accenture PLC seeks a Lead Project Controls professional to direct controls activities on complex capital projects. You will establish governance, baselines, forecasts and metrics, and deliver executive-level reporting on trends, risks, and opportunities.

Responsibilities include coordinating with client and delivery teams, driving continuous improvement, and mentoring junior staff while managing cost, schedule, risk and EVM where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Expert knowledge of project controls across cost, schedule, risk, change, and reporting.
  • Strong planning and scheduling capability, including critical path analysis and forecasting.
  • Experience developing and maintaining integrated project controls frameworks and governance processes.
  • Proficient in risk management, change control, and earned value management principles.
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across client, contractor, and delivery teams.

  • Support earned value management (EVM) and performance measurement where applicable.
  • Coordinate with client, contractor, commercial, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and accurate reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project controls processes, tools, and reporting methodologies.
  • Mentor junior project controls professionals and contribute to capability development.
