We are seeking a Project Controls Manager to work across a vast network of clients in the pharmaceutical space in Germany. You will lead PMO processes, manage cost and schedule, and support strategic PMO development with a focus on safety, integrity and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Membership in a recognised professional body (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE).
• Proven delivery experience in pharmaceutical projects.
• Strong commercial, financial and leadership expertise.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and sustainability awareness.

The project:

We are looking for a Project Controls Manager to work across a vast network of clients in the pharmaceutical space in Germany.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Supporting PMO and Project Controls performance on assigned commissions.
• Integral part of a high-performing PMO and Project Controls team.
• Directing project teams in executing PMO and Project Controls processes across cost, schedule, change, risk, and reporting, ensuring objectives and escalations are effectively managed.
• Supporting the hub PMO and Project Controls Director with resourcing and recruitment.

You’ll Need To Have

• Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE).
• Proven delivery experience in pharmaceutical projects.
• Strong commercial, financial, and leadership expertise.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and sustainability awareness.
